We have stayed here several times & always have a positive experience. Rooms are clean & well maintained. Breakfast is warm & typical for a hotel. Pool is also usually very well maintained. Parking isn't hard to find. We like that its close to the interstate & walmart

Excellent location off 80. The receptionist was very competent and nice.The festive decorations were out. Such a nice touch. They have an indoor pool that was well looked after. The morning breakfast was spot on and plentiful. But you could hear the traffic when you tried to get to la la land in their plentiful bed. This was a bother. Also, I wondered what went on in the past that they had police tape on on the stairwell railing(for what looked like a while). Left behind by some nefarious guests gone wild?

This was a very good example of how to operate. The employees were sincerely happy to help their guest. The breakfast area was clean and organized in a way to let more guest to get to the food. The food I had was not over seasoned or over cook . Very good breakfast for a start of the day.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by hotel staff and they addressed me as a rewards member. I found the room and bathroom to be very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable that I’ve slept in, but it was satisfactory. The staff at breakfast was pleasant and very helpful for anything I might have needed.

Incredibly rude staff at this hotel. Was trying to read in the breakfast area early the morning while family was still sleeping and front desk person turned the lights out on me saying lights on was a sign to customers that breakfast was ready. I just spent five nights in a different Holiday Inn Express where I did this every morning and they welcomed me in that area. Difference between a place that understands good customer service and one that doesn’t. I spent 100 nights in hotels this year, including more than 70 in IHG hotels, and I’ve never been treated this way. Extremely disappointed.

Very clean and spacious room. Friendly staff and breakfast was good. They actually had drinkable coffee! We didn't have to go to Starbucks which was just across the parking lot!

I was in bind due to my car breaking down. They helped out me and my family. The front desk , the housekeeping, the maintenance workers. All so friendly and understanding. They helped us thru a ruff time. The rooms were so clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Made me feel l Iike home. Great place to rest at. Thank you all
